Policies

When cancelling lessons or changing dates/times, we require a 24 hour advance notice ahead of the scheduled lesson time. Failure to provide this notice will result in lesson fees being charged.

To cancel a road test or change dates/times, we require a 72 hour advance notice ahead of the scheduled time. Failure to provide this notice will result in a $25 late cancellation charge from ICBC.
